Tasting notes:
Pale pink in color with good body. The nose is intense, revealing delicate fruity aromas of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry, with subtle floral hints adding complexity and finesse. On the palate, it is fresh, with balanced sapidity that is never overpowering. Medium-bodied, well-balanced, and intense, it has excellent persistence, with a gentle fruity-floral return and a delicate finish of red berries.

Thanks to its freshness and fruit-forward character, this Cerasuolo is a highly versatile wine. Served at 10–12°C, it is perfect as an aperitif and pairs excellently with appetizers and light pasta dishes. It also complements pizza, fish soups, shellfish, and other seafood dishes, as well as white meats and fresh cheeses. Its pleasant sapidity and delicate fruity finish make it a well-balanced wine that is easy to enjoy in many different occasions.


Soil type: Medium-textured, tending towards sandy
Yield per hectare: 100 q/ha
Harvest period: Second ten days of October

Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes, immediate separation of skins, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Aging: Stainless steel aging in contact with the lees for approximately 2 months, followed by bottling.
