Tasting notes:
Intense ruby red color with violet highlights in its youth. The nose is pronounced, with aromas of red berries, cherry, and sour cherry. On the palate, it is full-bodied, deep, and smooth, with well-balanced tannins and a persistent finish.

🥓 Cured meats and charcuterie
🧀 Aged cheeses

Thanks to its solid structure and the fruity notes of cherry and sour cherry, this young Montepulciano is a versatile and highly enjoyable wine. It pairs perfectly with cured meats and charcuterie, pasta dishes with meat sauces such as ragù or baked pasta, and grilled or roasted meat. It is also excellent with medium-aged cheeses, which enhance its smoothness and aromatic persistence.


Soil type: Medium-textured with stony components
Yield per hectare: 100 q/ha
Harvest period: Late harvest, second ten days of October

Vinification: Fermentation with skins and extended maceration at controlled temperature. Full must extraction using gentle presses.

Aging: Stainless steel tanks followed by 6 months in bottle.

Storage method: Store lying down in the dark at approximately 16°C.
