Organoleptic features: This pale straw-yellow Pinot Grigio stands out for its remarkable aromatic expression and freshness. On the nose, it reveals intense and enveloping aromas of tropical fruits, such as papaya and mango, enhanced by elegant floral notes of elderflower. These aromatic impressions continue seamlessly on the palate, where the wine confirms its rich, fruity, and fragrant character, delivering a pleasantly dry and harmonious sip.
The 2024 vintage, thanks to an early harvest, shows a more pronounced acidity compared to previous years, which enhances its vibrancy and structure.Food pairings: this wine is excellent as an aperiftif, perfect with seafood salads as well as fish and shellfish main courses. It matches perfectly also with white meat and with boiled and grilled fish.
