Dear bottles,
We have watched you being born.
One by one.
None alike, yet each carrying a piece of us inside.
Some arrived quickly, light and full of enthusiasm.
Others rested quietly for a long time before revealing themselves.
Some carry delicate scents of fresh flowers.
Others hold time, earth, wood, and slow, patient waiting.
You have traveled, been gifted, and opened in both simple and important moments.
Some have been enjoyed at parties, some shared by two at sunset, some savored alone to toast something perhaps too hard to explain.
We were here.
Every time you left that door, we watched you go with affection.
We don’t need to know where you ended up; it’s enough to know you were chosen.
That you became part of someone’s life, even if just for a moment.
Inside each of you there’s much more than wine.
There’s our land.
The hands that touched you.
The tired smiles.
The trust.
There’s the rain gathered from the vineyards.
The sun that warmed the grapes.
There’s a season, a precise day, a hope.
There’s a work unseen, made of silences, repeated careful gestures, shared effort and smiles.
Inside you is our passion, our dedication, the steady heartbeat of a family that chose to give all its heart to wine.
And every time you’re uncorked… it’s as if we’re embracing you.
With infinite love,
The Centofanti family
🍷 Every bottle is a little heartbeat of our heart. And every sip, a memory taking shape.
