In the rolling hills of Giuliano Teatino, in the province of Chieti, Abruzzo, there’s a piece of land our family has lovingly cared for over generations.

It’s here that Palazzo Centofanti was born — a family-run winery where tradition meets passion, and where organic wine is made with a true connection to the land.

Vineyards have always been part of our lives. Some of our plots date back as far as the 1700s, and just after the war, our grandfather Piacentino had the intuition to replace the wheat fields with rows of vines.

He mainly grew table grapes and sold young vines, but he also began vinifying a small portion to sell — and his wines soon started gaining attention beyond our hills.

Over the years, our family has continued to farm the land with passion and dedication.

As early as the early 2000s — when organic farming was still far from mainstream — Piacentino made the decision to convert the entire vineyard, firmly believing it was the right path to respect nature and produce truly authentic wines.

Then, in 2006, we asked ourselves a simple question: “Why not create a wine of our own?”

We had the grapes, the experience, and most importantly a clear idea: to tell our story through our wine. That’s where it all began.

Today, Palazzo Centofanti is a true family team.

There’s Piacentino, our father, with his sharp eye and hands that know every vine.

There’s Roberta, our creative and hands-on mother, always balancing time between the vineyard and shaping the brand’s image.

There’s Jacopo, who returned to the land after studying enology, bringing with him both passion and fresh ideas.

And recently Anastasia joined us, taking care of marketing and helping us share our work beyond the borders of our estate.

We produce organic wines, and each bottle tells a story : about us, our way of life in the countryside, and our choice to work in harmony with the land.
